Recommendation Request Form for Licensure

Students must do the following in order for William Carey to make a license recommendation to MDE:

1. Set up a MECCA account,
2. Send official transcripts to MDE after grades are posted,
3. Complete a Verification of Lawful Presence and
4. Send a Praxis score to MDE before a recommendation can be made on my behalf.
