WCU VA Form Submission

This form must be submitted before each enrollment period (fall, winter, spring, summer) at least two weeks prior to the start of the term.
The VA will only pay for courses that apply to the student's degree; therefore, the student must inform the SCO when the student's major has changed. A new advisement form and a change of major form must be completed, signed by the new advisor, and returned to the SCO.
