The MSL will be a fully online graduate program requiring 33 credit hours for completion. The curriculum is designed to provide interdisciplinary leadership development through a combination of theoretical training and specialized practical application. The program will consist of the following components: • 18 credit hours of basic core Christian leadership coursework focused on preparing students with both theoretical frameworks and practical management training within a cohort model; and • 15 credit hours of concentration-specific coursework tailored to the student’s professional field and career advancement goals. The MSL emphasizes an interdisciplinary approach to leadership, currently offering specialized concentrations in Christian Ministries and Military Studies. The program’s flexible framework allows academic departments to develop additional 15-hour concentrations in the future to meet evolving market demands.
